Are there any side effects?
As with any therapy involving pressure massage, both Reflexology and Aromatherapy massage aim to rid the body of toxns that are stagnant in the body. As these toxins are in the circulation eady to be expeled from the body they may set up a temporary reaction. Headaches, nausea, bad dreams or frequent urination are the most usual. Not everyone has these and it is important to note that they are only temporary. You are advised to drink water to help to flush the system quickly, to avoid alcohol and caffeinated drinks in order to make the most of your treatment.
